Kaitlin Welling and her husband, Nash Welling, are co-owners of Photo Florals, LLC. Maria Cauchon, Kaitlin’s mother and the founder of Photo Florals, is now retired. Maria created FrameStix®, a plastic frame that houses uploaded pictures, business cards, gift cards, and more. This versatile product allows retail florists to upsell creations and increase profits.
The idea for FrameStix® stemmed from Maria's co-worker and friend being hospitalized for an extended period. To send him well wishes, Maria took photos of all his co-workers and created an arrangement featuring the photos. This was before smartphones were readily available, and the gift “brightened his world.” The product was ten years in the making before launching at Floriexpo 2022. Today, Kaitlin and Nash Welling continue to build on Maria’s original vision and grow Photo Florals, LLC.
